The program of the L'Orangerie development is a concept of residential condominium with a common space, with the various typologies arranged peripherally, with privileged views for the sea or the golf courses, as well.
Concerning the volumetric shape, we proposed a diversity that refers to the Mediterranean architecture, using typologies of "patio houses", roof terraces, and the use of earthy colors.
The low density of construction combined with the creation of large windows, terraces and inner courtyards allowed us to exploit the relation between the interior space of the house and the exterior space, providing the privacy to the users.
Alternating the heights of the different buildings, we give to the complex a dynamic language, fragmenting the volumetry that softens the repetitive image and the perception of the set.
